Spreadsheet processing
The SheetParcel app reads selected Excel and CSV files, processes logos and creates PDFs in your browser. The app does not send spreadsheet contents, customer information or generated documents to a server. Closing or reloading the page clears the imported data from the app; files you downloaded remain on your device.
Optional saved branding
If you click “Remember branding”, the app stores your business name, business details, colour, currency, number format, PDF language, price label and PDF note in your browser's local storage. It does not save the spreadsheet or logo. Use “Clear saved branding” to remove those saved preferences, or clear the site's browser storage.
This website
Opening the hosted website or demo sends normal web requests to the hosting provider. The provider may process connection information such as your IP address and technical request logs. The SheetParcel pages contain no added analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. See the hosting provider's privacy policy for its own processing.
Contact and requested launch notifications
Contact links open your email app. If you send an email, your address and message are received through Gmail and used to answer you. A launch-notification request is used for one announcement when checkout becomes available. To withdraw it or request deletion, email the same address. Please do not include confidential customer files; use fictional or anonymised examples when requesting support.
Purchases
Purchases use a hosted Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes the information needed for payment, receipts and delivery, including contact, billing, payment and order details. SheetParcel can access customer and order information supplied to the seller to deliver support and manage purchases. Full card details are not entered on or stored by this website. See Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy for its processing.
Downloaded app files still process your spreadsheets locally; purchasing does not send your customer spreadsheets to us or to Lemon Squeezy.
