BEFORE YOU START
A few practical answers.
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. The downloaded app opens in a modern desktop browser and reads .xlsx and .csv files. You can prepare your data in Excel, LibreOffice or another spreadsheet tool. Save older .xls files as .xlsx first.
How should my spreadsheet be laid out?
Use one row per customer and product. Customer name, product description and list price are required. Customer ID, SKU, discount, address and currency columns are optional. Start with the example workbook or match your own column names. Read the full walkthrough.
What happens to formulas and filtered rows?
All rows in the chosen sheet are included, even hidden or filtered rows. Mapped formula cells block export. Recalculate your workbook and paste values into a clean copy first, so the app uses deliberate prices.
Does the app add VAT or send emails?
No. It applies the supplied percentage discount and rounds each resulting price to two decimals. You label whether your prices include or exclude VAT. You review and send the PDFs yourself.
Is my customer data uploaded?
No. Spreadsheet contents, logos and PDFs are processed locally. The app contains no analytics or external network calls. Visiting this website still involves normal hosting requests. See the privacy note.
What am I buying?
A ZIP containing the offline HTML app, a quick-start guide, example data and license information. The license covers one business on up to three devices. Future major versions may be sold separately.
How do payment and delivery work?
Pay once through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. After a successful purchase, use the download link on the confirmation page or receipt email. Extract the ZIP and open START-HERE.html, then SheetParcel.html. No account or subscription is needed to use the downloaded app.
How do I get help or request a refund?
Email koktim2003+sheetparcel@gmail.com with your order number and the issue. Please use anonymised example files for technical support. For billing or access to a purchase, follow the support links in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Nothing here limits your applicable consumer rights.
Can I check it before buying?
Yes. Use the free demo with your data and inspect the PDF it generates. You can also email support with questions. Please do not send sensitive customer spreadsheets.
